Refund policy

IN STORE RETURNS

In store returns must be done within 7 days of purchase for a refund. All items must be in brand new condition with tags still intact. No exceptions.

ONLINE RETURNS

We always want you to be happy with your purchase from Tsuru. If for any reason you would like to return your item we ask that it is done within 14 days of receipt. We are a small store so the sooner the better! We love having the option to ship purchases over $100 on us but for returns we ask that you provide the return shipping. It can be with any carrier you choose we just ask that you insure it just in case!
