Returns and Exchanges

  • www.tsurushop.com gladly accepts exchanges and returns.
  • If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the merchandise with the original receipt, in brand new condition with all tags attached for a refund or exchange.  The refund amount is minus the original shipping.
  • The return must be made and received within 14 days of receipt for mail in returns and 7 days for in store returns.  
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable. 
  • The cost of shipping an unwanted item back to us is your responsibility.  
  • Items bought on sale are considered a FINAL SALE.  There is no option for return or exchange.
  • No returns will be accepted for washed, worn, or soiled merchandise.  
  • When mailing your merchandise for return or exchange, please include a copy of the original receipt. Please mail the item to us in an insured or track-able method, in case the package is lost or misdirected.  We are not responsible for packages lost in transit.

  • Regarding exchanges, please email us with your request.  You will be charged when the new item ships out.  You will receive a refund for the original item once it arrives back to our location.
